REQUEST for HELP - in the form of TIME, TALENT and COMMITMENT

As I think is fairy well KNOWN by now, I’ve been trying for quite literally TWO YEARS to find people who can help me on the PRODUCTION AND EDITING side of what I do - and for whatever reason, I FAIL to procure a commitment from ANYONE each and every time I put word out about what I NEED.

I ALWAYS receive a GLUT of replies from - I assume well meaning peoples - telling me that they are DOWN AF to help in ‘‘ANY WAY NEEDED’’ and then? NOTHING.

I NEED a person or persons who (EVERY TWO WEEKS - without EXEPTION) I can send a raw PODCAST episode to, who will then proceed to EDIT IT, ADD an INTRO, ADD musical INTERLUDES, ADD an OUTRO. I NEED a person or persons who I can send RAW VIDEO to - sometimes on a WEEKLY basis, sometimes only a few times MONTHLY - who will then proceed to EDIT IT, FILTER/PRODUCE the AUDIO to render it publishable, ADD an INTRO and OUTRO and generate a PROFESSIONAL appearing product. I need this done within DAYS (NOT WEEKS, NOT MONTHS, NOT YEARS - DAYS) of receipt.

As we further MONETIZE, you WILL BE PAID for your efforts - but from JUMP, I cannot offer you a lot of money. Obviously, you will NOT be expected to work for FREE - but its going to take some TIME and LABOR to further monetize the brand.

We ARE popping quite a bit right now. The MORE you WORK on our product, the MORE REVENUE it will generate and thus the MORE MONEY will go into YOUR POCKET.

Hit me up plz if you can COMMIT to this - but ONLY IF YOU CAN COMMIT to this. This needs to be basically YOUR JOB - among whatever other jobs you have of course. And its needs to be a semi-permanent commitment. I NEED you to JOIN THIS BRAND and HUSTLE HARD to make it viable. DO NOT hit me up and offer your time as a one-off thing. DO NOT hit me up if you have NO IDEA how to do this shit but you are, ‘‘willing to learn’’. I don’t wanna sound MEAN, but I’m way WAY way past all that shit. I NEED A COMMITMENT, from people with ACTUAL SKILLS, who will HIT THE GROUND RUNNING and BE MY/OUR PRODUCTION GUY.
