Many will need this advice.

Based. Wish some of the IRL nazi larpers I know would get some of this through their collective heads.

Absolutely all of this. One of the things my Dad taught me from an early age is that often it's better to be noticed for the things that you don't do, rather than the things you do. A lot of what you've written echoes that.

A suggestion, not commandment, I might include is to avoid the trap of allowing pattern recognition to preclude friendships, learning, or other life enrichment. Being aware doesn't necessarily mean building walls.

Thanks T. Not sure whether it's a coincidence, partisan = shia. A beautiful coincidence, and an honor to be part of the shia of Thomas777

You can hear the echoes of Marcus Aurelius or Julius Caesar.... There are indeed many things worse than death. Only a slave or the mundane caste of women consider safety a virtue.

Amen. The idea that we should be “activists” is one of the biggest mistakes we could ever make. To be respectful advocate for your ideas in the wider world is worth a 100 screaming larpers with daily wire/crowder/Tucker at their back.

This is great stuff. What do you think about the Orthodox conception of death as being unnatural?

These are some great ideas to live by ☺️

I RESPECTFULLY disagree w/the ORTHODOX view of DEATH and its veneration of remains.

Thanks for this, Thomas. Question on number 7, if you don't mind: since Christ Almighty allowed himself to be mocked and insulted by the Jews and the Roman authorities, and since Christ is the model for all righteous action, of course, how should we understand the wisdom of this and how do you think it relates to number 7, namely that one should not tolerate insults? You did make quite clear that this is the 10 commandments *for partisans*, and you've made it pretty clear in the past that you think there is a cleft between the realm of the political and the realm of godliness, so maybe my question is off-base, but I'd appreciate your input. Thanks again. Godspeed, sir.

You INSULT me, DISRESPECT me in a way demands be answered for, I'ma make you OWN/PAY for it. Yeah I'm a BAD Christian. I'm well aware of that.

Show me a man tolerates DISRESPECT and I'll show you a natural SLAVE.

I meant no disrespect at all, I was just inquiring about your conceptual framework for understanding how the realm of the political and the realm of ethics intersect on this question. Apologies if I caused any offense, Thomas.

Fucking amazing and a sign of how far we have fallen - growing up in rural White NH - this would not have been *based*, most of this was just how we were raised... I didn’t hear another kid talk about personal sex acts until I was in college - and sure enough he was from some shit Boston suburb - I thought it was disgusting to hear back then...

Keep it up T - we need to bring this back.

Thank you, I knew the what, but it’s important to know the why
